Applicable to all Driver Trackdays, Race Team Coverage, and Commercial Shoots
1. Booking Lifecycle & Provisional Status
Submitting a website enquiry does not bind either party or guarantee calendar reservation. A booking lifecycle consists of distinct explicit statuses:
2. Payment Structure & Deposit Terms
All packages require a non-refundable booking deposit (approximately 30% of the package total) to reserve the photographer's physical presence at the designated circuit. The remaining balance becomes due upon notification of proofing gallery availability, prior to unwatermarked high-resolution master file delivery.
3. Weather, Red Flags & Track Incidents
Motorsport is subject to adverse weather and on-track incidents. P4NDA Shoots operates fully weather-sealed pro equipment and shoots in all conditions permitted by circuit race control. If a session is curtailed or cancelled by the event organizers due to weather, red flags, or circuit curfews, the photographer will pivot to paddock, pit garage, and mechanical portraiture. Where a track day is abandoned entirely before morning sessions begin, deposits may be transferred to an alternative mutual calendar date.
4. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Standard private client proofing galleries are made available within 48 hours of event completion. Where the Same-Day Priority Express add-on is selected, an initial priority batch of 10 fully retouched master files will be dispatched within 4 hours of final checkered flag.
5. Limitation of Liability
P4NDA Shoots holds £5,000,000 in public liability insurance. In the extraordinary circumstance that equipment failure or unforeseen personal injury prevents delivery of photography services, liability is strictly limited to the refund of all sums paid for that specific booking.
